For any question, problem or suggestion, write to info@sport2go.app. We reply in English or Slovenian, usually within one working day and at the latest within three.

If you are signed in you can also write to us from inside the app — Contact us. That way we automatically see which screen you were on, which makes it quicker.

02Frequently asked questions

Most questions about teams, sessions, payments and albums are answered on the frequently asked questions page. You will find it inside the app once you sign in.

03Reporting a problem

So we can help without a long exchange of emails, please tell us:

• what you were doing and what happened instead;
• whether you use the website or the mobile app, and which device;
• the name of the team or session where it goes wrong;
• a screenshot, if you have one.

04Reporting illegal content

If you come across content on Sport2GO that you believe is illegal, write to info@sport2go.app. Tell us why you believe it is illegal, exactly where it is, your name and email address, and that your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We confirm receipt without undue delay, every notice is reviewed by a person, and we tell you how we decided. The terms of use describe this in more detail.
