Prize draw rules

Last updated: 5. 10. 2026

01Organiser

The prize draw is organised by SPORT2GO d.o.o., Ob gasilskem domu 15, Zrkovci, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, registration number 7444699000, tax number 58651128, email info@sport2go.app (the organiser).

Apple is not a sponsor of this prize draw and is not involved in it in any manner. The same applies to Google. The prize draw is not connected to the App Store or Google Play; the organiser alone is responsible for it.

02What the prize draw is

It is a simple game that rewards activity in Sport2GO. You collect XP points for playing, answering on time and helping your team. Points are collected in cycles; when a cycle ends we hold a draw and award the prizes.

A cycle has a first and a last day, set by the organiser; only one cycle runs at a time. You can see how many days are left in the current cycle in the app, on the Activity leaderboard page. Points count for the cycle in which they were earned and are not carried over to the next one. The organiser establishes the final ranking after the cycle ends; the organiser decides on the next cycle and announces it in advance.

03Who can take part

  • Registered Sport2GO users who meet the age condition in the terms of use (15 years; younger only with parental or guardian consent).
  • Taking part is voluntary. On the My activity page you can switch off “I take part in XP” at any time; while you are out you get no points and you are not on the leaderboard or in the draw.
  • You can take part whatever country you live in, except where applicable law prohibits or restricts a prize draw of this kind.
  • We hand over or send prizes in Slovenia and in the other countries of the European Union. We send a prize to another country by agreement with the winner, if that is feasible.
  • Employees of the organiser, people involved in running the prize draw and their close family members are not eligible for a prize. If such a person ranks among the winners, the organiser may award the prize to the next-ranked participant.

04How you collect points

Points are collected separately in two roles and are never added together.

Player

  • playing in a week: 5 XP;
  • answering an invitation on time: 1 XP;
  • rating teammates after a session: 1 XP;
  • turning up for a session at risk: 2 XP;
  • completing a duty the organiser assigned to you: 1 XP;
  • inviting a new player who starts playing: 8 XP;
  • your own profile photo: 3 XP.

Organiser

  • the group plays a session in a week with at least 3 people: 5 XP;
  • session closed within 24 hours: 1 XP;
  • the group plays four weeks in a row: 4 XP;
  • a new group that starts playing: 8 XP.

Limits

  • A week runs from Monday to Sunday. Playing, answering on time, rating teammates, turning up for a session at risk and completing a duty each count at most once a week, however many sessions there are.
  • Inviting a new player counts once the invited player has played 3 sessions within 60 days of joining. At most 2 invitations count per calendar month.
  • You get the points for a profile photo once.
  • An organiser gets the weekly points (active group and closing within 24 hours) for at most 3 groups a week. The closing point applies if every session played that week was closed within 24 hours.
  • The four-week streak counts at most 3 times in a cycle.
  • A new group counts if it was created no more than 60 days before the cycle started, in its active week number 3, and if at least half of its players are new; at most one new group per calendar month.

New points are estimated first and become confirmed 72 hours after the session. Only confirmed points count for the leaderboard and the draw. You can see your points and the reason for each on the My activity page.

05Leaderboard and draw

  • Players and organisers each have their own leaderboard. On equal points reliability decides, then who reached the points first.
  • You enter the draw once you have collected at least 60 confirmed XP points in the cycle.
  • After the cycle ends, the organiser draws at random one or more additional prizes among everyone who reached this threshold in the cycle. Every eligible participant has an equal chance in the draw.
  • A record of the draw is kept.

06Prizes

  • On each of the two leaderboards (players and organisers) the top 10 when the cycle ends receive a prize, so up to 20 prizes in total.
  • The value of a prize depends on the ranking: as a rule, the first-ranked on each leaderboard receives a larger prize and those ranked 2nd to 10th a smaller practical prize.
  • The organiser decides and announces the type and value of the prizes when the cycle ends.
  • The organiser announces the number and type of the prizes drawn when the cycle ends.
  • The same person may receive a prize on both leaderboards (players and organisers) if they rank among the prize winners on both, and also takes part in the draw.
  • A prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Under Slovenian tax law a prize may be taxed as other income when its value exceeds the threshold in the Personal Income Tax Act (EUR 42 when these rules were published). In that case the organiser calculates and pays the advance income tax, and before collecting the prize the winner must give the organiser their tax number and the other details needed for the calculation. The value of the prize may be taken into account in the winner’s annual income tax assessment; the winner is responsible for any tax obligations in another country.

07Notification and collection

We notify winners at the email address on their account within 8 days after the cycle ends, and possibly also in the app. The notice says how the prize is collected.

A winner must reply within 14 days of the notice and give the details needed to hand over the prize (first and last name, delivery address and, where tax law requires it, tax number). A winner who does not reply in that time, does not give the details or does not meet the conditions in these rules loses the right to the prize; the organiser may award the prize to the next-ranked participant.

A winner who is a minor collects the prize with parental or guardian consent.

08No purchase and no payment

Taking part is free. You do not need to buy or pay anything to take part or to improve your chances in the draw.

09Misuse and exclusion

Points must come from real sporting activity. Fake accounts, made-up sessions, arranged point collecting and other attempts at manipulation are not allowed. Before awarding prizes the organiser may check eligibility, cancel disputed points and exclude the offender from the prize draw. The terms of use apply as well.

10Personal data

To run the prize draw we process the data we already process for the activity leaderboard (name, profile photo, points) and the winners’ details: email address for the notice, first and last name and address for handing over the prize and, where tax law requires it, tax number.

We process the data in order to run the prize draw under these rules; taking part is voluntary. We process winners’ tax details because the law requires it, and keep them for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Details and your rights are described in the privacy policy.

11Changes, law and contact

These rules apply from 5 October 2026. We may change these rules; a new version is published on this page with its date. A change does not affect the prizes of cycles that have already ended. The prize draw is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and disputes are handled as set out in the terms of use.
